WhatsRoute (“WhatsRoute,” “we,” “us”) provides lead response and sales-workflow software for real estate teams in Dubai and the wider UAE. This policy explains what data we handle and why.

We collect information you provide directly and data generated through use of the service:

• Account data: name, work email, company, and WhatsApp number when you request a demo, audit, or sign in.
• Lead and conversation data: property enquiries, buyer details, and messages your team processes through the platform.
• Usage data: pages viewed, actions taken, and device/browser information for security and product improvement.

We use data to deliver and improve the service: responding to enquiries, qualifying and routing leads, scheduling viewings, generating reports, and providing support. We do not sell your data.

Messaging runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform and is subject to Meta's terms in addition to ours. We process WhatsApp messages only to operate the lead-conversion workflow you configure.

We share data only with the integrations you connect (e.g. your CRM, calendar, or AI provider) and with service providers who help us operate the platform under confidentiality obligations.

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide the service, then delete or anonymise it. We apply industry-standard safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.
