Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 June 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using WhatsRoute, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. The service
WhatsRoute provides software to respond to, qualify, route, and follow up on real estate leads, including AI-assisted replies with human oversight. We may update features over time to improve the service.
3. No professional advice
WhatsRoute is a sales-workflow tool. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and does not guarantee property outcomes, returns, or availability. AI-drafted content covering pricing, payment plans, investment returns, or legal matters is held for human approval before sending, and sensitive questions are handed over to a human agent.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of project data you approve for AI use, for compliance with WhatsApp Business and advertising policies, and for obtaining any consents required to contact your leads.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful messaging, spam, scraping in violation of third-party terms, or any activity that breaches applicable UAE regulations.
6. Fees
Paid plans include a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly management fee as described on our pricing page. Third-party messaging charges (e.g. from Meta) are billed at cost.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatsRoute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or opportunities arising from use of the service.
